This week we’re featuring ‘Sinigang na Hipon’ fried lumpia. Sinigang is a classic Filipino tamarind-based soup, sour and savory in flavor. It can be prepared with different meats and vegetables– we’re using shrimp, or ‘hipon’, which will be minced and cooked with ginger, scallion, sesame oil and tamarind sauce. Try them this Saturday!
